Reinforcefy LLC – Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Nature of the Service

Reinforcefy LLC provides instant, digital access to proprietary regulatory intelligence, compliance summaries, and security action plans (The CIP Briefing). Due to the immediate delivery and highly sensitive nature of this intellectual property, access to the intelligence is granted and consumed immediately upon subscription purchase or scheduled newsletter delivery.

2. General Refund Policy

All sales for subscription plans (Annual and Monthly) are final. Reinforcefy LLC does not offer refunds, partial refunds, or credits for any purchases, including but not limited to:

Dissatisfaction with the intelligence provided.
A change in the subscriber's organizational budget, staffing, or personal circumstances.
Failure to read, open, or implement the provided briefings and action plans.
Regulatory fines or audit failures incurred by the subscriber’s organization.

3. Cancellation Policy

Subscribers may cancel their recurring subscription renewal at any time through their user account settings. Cancellation will prevent the next scheduled automated charge, but access to the briefings will remain active until the end of the current paid billing cycle. No refunds or prorated credits will be issued for the current or past billing cycles upon cancellation.

4. Technical & Delivery Issues

If a subscriber experiences an inability to receive or access the briefings due to a verifiable technical error on the Reinforcefy LLC delivery platform, the subscriber must notify us via email within three (3) business days of the missed delivery. Reinforcefy LLC will attempt to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe. If the technical issue is determined to be a fault of our platform and cannot be resolved, a prorated refund for the affected billing cycle may be granted at the sole discretion of Reinforcefy LLC.
