Reinforcefy, LLC Refund Policy

Policy Effective Date: October 28, 2025

1. Nature of the Product

Reinforcefy, LLC provides instant, digital access to proprietary, certification-grade study materials, including the Vino Prep Advanced Study Engine. Due to the nature of this content, access is granted immediately upon subscription purchase.

2. General Refund Policy

All sales for subscription plans (Monthly and Quarterly) are final.

Reinforcefy, LLC does not offer refunds, partial refunds, or credits for any purchases, including but not limited to:

Dissatisfaction with the content.

Failure to pass a certification exam.

A change in the subscriber's personal circumstances.

Partial use of the content library.

3. Cancellation Policy

Subscribers may cancel their recurring subscription renewal at any time through their user account settings. Cancellation will prevent the next scheduled charge, but access to the content will remain available until the end of the current paid billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for the current or past billing cycles upon cancellation.

4. Technical Issues

If a subscriber experiences an inability to access the content due to a verifiable technical error on the Reinforcefy, LLC platform, the subscriber must notify us via email within three (3) business days of the issue arising. Reinforcefy, LLC will attempt to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe. If the technical issue is determined to be a fault of the platform and cannot be resolved, a full refund for the current billing cycle only may be granted at the sole discretion of Reinforcefy, LLC.
