Reinforcefy LLC is built on a foundation of real-world, tactical execution—not theoretical analysis. My career began as a U.S. Navy Seabee Utilitiesman, providing operational leadership for critical infrastructure and field treatment. Building on that and a subsequent 14-year career in Law Enforcement, I transitioned into a 23-year career with the Portland Water Bureau.
As Senior Lead Ranger, I coordinated front-line security for the Bureau—a highly complex operational perimeter spanning high-density urban pump stations and reservoirs, to dams, water treatment facilities and hundreds of square miles of rugged federal wilderness.
Having navigated both tactical field command and the grueling administrative requirements of state and federal oversight, I founded Reinforcefy LLC to weaponize that experience for utility leaders.
